Can an Epic Hero call a Heroic Move, then use his Epic heroes movement to relocate to another unit, and then put into effect the heroic move on this new unit?

No.

First, I believe you are asking if Heroic Move can extend the normal range that allows an Epic to jump from one Formation to another. That's not technically a "move" but a special action and I don't believe it can be effected by anything like Heroic Move.

Also, you call Heroic Move it is on your current Formation. I don't believe it would follow your model if it jumps to another. That just leaves a huge gap for abuse.

An Epic Hero's jump is actually defined as his "move" in the rules, but as Beowulf says, Heroic Move effects the formation the hero is in when it is called.

Also note. Heroic Move is declared at the start of the move phase, while an Epic Hero moves to another formation just before his formation actually moves.
