Heres an update, not much left just the witch kings sword and touching up the fell beasts body and claws.

*Edit, just noticed the scales right near his head in the bottom pic are a bit wonky. Might have to touch them up too

Agreed. If you'd told me it would be blue before I saw it I would've assumed it was dreadful, but it looks really good, fantastic

When painting a large model like this, you have to factor into the painting that it's going to be the center piece to the army and really stand out. And you have done this model justice.

It's going to look great next to the hordes of orcs or what ever other warriors you have him lead. :-D

I was wondering what Colours did you use for the Fell Beast. Mine is staring at me having been primed but nothing else ~ Brian

Brian for the Fellbeast I used a mix of mordian blue and undercoat black and added mordian blue and a touch of altaoic blue for highlights. For the scales I used a mix of altaoic blue and undercoat black

i doubt anyone could paint it better
if there was one thing I'd change I perhaps would have given the sword a red hot glow but thats just personal preference

I really like the armour on the fell beast and the cloth on the witch king. The blue on the beast makes it a nice original piece.

That's one of the best fell beasts that I've seen in a long time, the blue makes it very unique. I agree with SidTheSloth, I think it would be even better if you gave the Witch Kings sword a red glow, but everything else looks great. :yay:
