I like the way you have used gold and wood on your version, I stuck to just silver on mine. A black wash could help sort out the 'dusty' areas caused by drybrushing as well.
Keep up the great work 8)

I like the face.

You may want to add bits of string to the bird's nest. If glued on right they will look like twigs.

Looks good, maybe you want some rubble fallen around to show that it's slowly decaying with time. Also you need some texture in there for your walls look to flat like. You can either apply a layer of plaster and dab it with a kitchen scourer or if it's foamcore peel off the paper a again dab it hard with a scrunched up ball of foil to give you that nice texture. Scattered swords, shields always make things look more appealing too.

The glowing staff on Saruman is excellent and the rest is very nice, especially as you have left of the yellow. The arch is very characterful of Middle-Earth as well.
Keep it going 8)

Very nice work all over, although I do have a bit the feeling that you work too much in a rush to get things done sometimes...
I'm sure that if you used a little more time and patience, you could make a huge progress in very little time. It would be great to see you using your excellent skills in drawing comics into painting figures aswell. You already proved you have a perfect feeling for creating the smoothest shadows and highlights on paper, I'm sure you can do the same on figures if you give it a chance!

Keep it up! :)

He looks great, the skin is exactly the right tone 8) The yellow eyes seem weird though because those bits would normally be it shadow so I think it would look better if you painted it black. The white hands are also amazing. I'm not to sure about the green straps yet as green and red don't go well together but I will reserve my judgement for now. Keep it up 8)
