Well, after a disappointing first try, I've finally got it all written out on the computer. I'm sure this has been done before, but I've decided to contribute my version of the profiles for Thorin & Company.

Gandalf

Bilbo 50 Pts

The bearer of this dangerous and powerful artifact can disappear at will. However, the Ring has a will of its own. Roll a D6 each turn that Bilbo has the ring on. With a 1 or a 2, it falls back into his pocket. (Should this be included in his options? I think so. However, I'm not sure how much it would go for...)

Thorin at 95 is too cheap to get a free heroic move every turn. Other than that it looks good.

Sorry, that was a mistake. I meant one free heroic move per game.

looks really good, however why is nori 75 points and ori and dori only 70 yet it looks very similar, nori has mace (hand weapon?) and throwing axes, ori and dori both have hand weapon and also a 2 hand weapon.

wow, well done though, a massive lot of new profiles and i like the fear of smaug rule

2H axes are free for dwarves, that's why. Yes a mace is a hand weapon, I just wanted to give the company a little bit of variety. The company, you see, is not like the fellowship: it is mostly made up of dwarves... which I love LOL. Now to make some scenarios or something...

I just realized that, depending on where you are playing, the Fear of Smaug rule is more dangerous. Using inches, the range of it is 3 in or so more than when using cm. One inch is 2.54 cm, so you can't really convert by dividing by 2. 28cm is roughly 12in, whereas 14in is about 36cm. Also, ponies are 2 inches faster if using inches vs cm.

yeah, I just realized my mistake about the ponies' and the horses' movement speed. It's fixed now. I'm not very good at converting between so I just divided by 2. If you could state the correct measurements, that would be much appreciated.

Hi there!

I think Thorin could have a special rule because "Oakshield". Perhaps he can have a rule similar to Gimli or Elladhan/Elrohir, were he can shield as if carrying a shield, could have +1 to wound or 3 attacks.
Bombur should have a similar rule as Dain, because he is too fat should have problems to jump and so on. That's just some ideas ;)
PD: Thorin should have less fate points and I think just 1 will point because his darker nature. See other "fated" characters and they use to have 1 single point (I don't want to talk about it directly if someone hasn't read the books yet). The same for Balin (But just Fate).
And finally, perhaps horses are more accurate in this case. I don't remember if they were mounted on horses in the book, but I think so. (In the real life, a man with 1,60 meters can ride and I think Middle Earth Dwarves are more or less that tall).

See you! And have nice days!

One thing I would like to add is that fili and kili should have the brotherly bond special rule that elladen and elrohir have

That's a good idea; how many additional points do you think that would be worth, and what if it was incorporated with the Brethren of Thorin rule so that in some way it included Thorin as well?
