I just noticed that in the Osgiliath Ruins that are higher, like the wooden part, it seems impossible to get troops there without a ladder. How do soldiers overcome this without siege equipment? |

You can always just declare that they can climb to it when they're directly below it. Just imagine there's a ladder there or they manage to jump/scale it |

I think people just make their own ladder and put it there. Its rather annoying when people deploy up there. |

Normally we don't allow initial deployment there, but to get up we just treat it as a climb roll, using the stonework on the sides. |

@whafrog -- Curious why you don't allow deployment in upper levels of ruins? If it is inside the deployment zone, we allow it. Sure, they may have improved line of sight and the benefit of defending high ground, but those aren't insurmountable advantages. |

I just think it's a pretty big advantage to be leveraging without any effort. We have allowed it if the other player has a similar suitable advantage and both players agree. It's not a hard rule, more like "guidelines" |
