Is there vast change/improvement, and difference to the points cost of the Mumak, in the Harad Sourcebook, rather than the core rulebook???

The differences are more to do with options, the basic concept is the same.

no, but they add a bunch of upgrades in addition to the Mahud beastmaster and the tusk weapons
