Hey guys, just wondering what you thought about Easterling Archers. They are more accurate than orcs, and have a better defence than Haradrim archers but is there any point? The main claim to fame for Easterlings is their pike formation and the fact that they are pseudo-elites in a Mordor Army. If you were using Easterlings allied with Mordor would you include archers? Or leave that to the mass-bowfire of Mordor Orcs/Trackers.

If I were fielding an Easterling army I would use Easterling archers - seems to make sense to me.

Well an army without archers is Devlan Mud
And they are useful, I have used them against Elves and well it paid off...

How come you even think about not including them?
They are one of the best archers available to the Bad guys.

They are worth taking if you ask me - they are WAY better than orcs

Hehehe, so looks like those archers will be useful after all then
I was just thinking of movie-themed armies mostly - no archers present aside from Haradrim and Orcs!

Just because they didn't have them out doesn't mean they weren't carrying. They were packed so tightly together, it would be rather hard to tell from the film footage.

I have seen film-art that showed easterling archers - might even be in the DVD extra's.
