Feel free to take a seat!

Only says so in the Mordor FAQ by the way, no mention of it in the Fallen Realms document that I can see.

I may just possibly be the only user on this site who, not only loves The Dark Marshal's appearance, but hold him as my favourite of the named Ringwraiths.
Haha, oh well. ^_^

I also like Khamul and the Knight of Umbar.

I'm old school. I like the witch king and the unnamed ringwraiths. Great looking models and not GW made up fluff.

Tainted's special rule, does it affect his own Stand Fast? I think I have missed it.

Seeing as his seeping decay special rule affects evil warriors as well as good warriors I would guess that any warrior (good or evil) within 6" can't use his or anyone else's stand fast or heroic moves. But only a guess so don't quote me on it....

Yes the rule applies the tainted himself as well because he is still a Hero.

That's why Khamul is so great. He's not GW fluff either. But I to am a big fan of the classic sculpts

Like most other people, I agree, avoid the Tainted. I don't play Angmar/Mordor myself but I've heard a lot of negative comments on that one. The Witch-King, Knight of Umbar, Khamul and the Dark Marshal are by far the best from what I've seen and heard.

Very situational though. I'd only take him if I had the other 8 already. Plus, now fellbeasts can hurl you can just pick up the horse and throw him through a line a cavalry to auto dismount them all.

Actually the old ones are still effective in low point army builds. I still use nazguls mounted with about 90 pts cost on 500 pt armies, they rock!
