as the title says: what makes a good all hero force?
fight? might? defence? strength? magic? what is it?

Horses, a bit of magic, plenty of CC kick, ability to resist magic (ie boromir basic is rubbish)

the white council are pretty good. Galadriel (war form) looks pretty good and you have access to plenty of elf heroes and wizards.
