Well as some of you know...I play dwarves. Up till now, its been an all dwarven force. My opponents have varied a little, but I have come to realize that my "nemesis" is one that plays Angmar. He uses Shades, Spectres and Wights to good effect.

So, does anyone have any tips/tricks on taking out those meddlesome creatures. I've tried shotting em, charging them, basically everthing h2h, my next idea is to get a Mage. Just trying to figure out which would be the best to handle them.

Spectres vs dwarves is not so good. You just need to get better at courage tests
Shade, I spread out and use bow fire and heroic combats to eat through to them...or cavalry
If you take Floi, and have a turn where a heroic combat might get you to the shade, then floi could turn off the shade's special power for that turn
Wights... eek, well they do die ... I'm not too successful there
