Does any body have any tactics for using galahdrim,rivendell, and thranduil's halls armies some help would be appreciated

I have made an article submission but hasn't been proof-read yet so it may still take a while for it to become a proper article, but it's up there if you want it.

Here's some basic advice:

- Don't go for expensive Heroes. I know Elves have several Uber-Heroes who are very tempting to field but Elves suffer enough from being outnumbered without spending loads of points on Heroes. Besides, even an Elf Captain isn't bad.
- Your Elf bows and archery are not a good foundation for your army. Elves do perhaps have the best archers in the game but even so you'll be very lucky to kill more than 22% of the time, often half that.
- Get as many shields as possible. Elves cost a lot, and so each one is individually more valuable than the troops of most other armies. Thus you have to protect them more, i.e. shields.
- Consider allying with a cheaper force. This would increase your numbers significantly, allow you access to cavalry (unless you're Galadhrim), and work from a gaming point of view. A row of Elves with shields backed up by Gondorians with spears should work well.

I can't open it, it comes up with "User is not permitted to view unapproved articles" so yeah..

Depending on points level either 1 captain or Monkey twins, or legolas if Mirkwood. Take 1/3 archers and a mix of everything else.
Shoot. By the time the forces close your numbers will be pretty much equal. And then go and kill using your superior Fight skill. My high elf army was undefeated for 3 GT's with this formula.

more advice

try to get a lot of woods on the battlefield
kill off enemy heroes quickly(even a captain can make short work of elves thanks to 2 attacks and might)
use this guy , he is a great hero and really helps in archery and combat
