Giant Spiders weapons are venomous fangs.

Under "Bane of Kings/Venom" special rules, it says, "Whether the venomous fags of a Giant Spider...this model must re-roll all failed To Wound rolls..."

So Giant Spiders get to re-roll wounds... FAQ needed?

The italicized text is not part of a rule, it is just flavor text. A model only has the bane of kings/venom rule if the model's profile says that it does in its special rule section. Spiders have the poisoned weapons rule I believe. Moreover, the spider shaman from Moria lets a player upgrade spiders in his warband with the venom rule. Wouldn't make any sense for that to exist if spiders already had the rule to start with.
