Hello,

When shooting and charging, a model is required to have "Line of Sight" to the target at the start of its move. Does this also apply to a model when casting magic?

I checked the rules a couple of times, and can't find anything indicating that the LoS-rule also applies to magic. Thus, I assume a model can move first and cast magic without having LoS at the start of its move.

Is this correct?

You are correct. Spells that require the caster to have line of sight on the target before casting can be cast at any point during the caster's move once light of sight can be drawn between the two.

Page 93 covers magic and line of sight. The specific condition from line of sight and charging does not carry over.
