Just got Pelennor Fields (whoo hoo!) and I have a q about combat. When resolving combat, you roll dice. Does the characters combat value get factored in only if there is a tie on the die roll or.... Do you roll dice, add in the combat value and then figure out who won? Thanks much in advance all TK30 HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!! |

Fight value only comes into play on ties of the dice. That sounds lame but it can happen a lot over the course of a melee. It also means that anything with a higher fight has an automatic 1 in 6 chance to win outright with a 6 on any one die. |

Don't underestimate fight, it can make or break things. Especially if you add pikes. 3v3 is bound to have a tie. |
