Can I play different types of Warbands in a game? For example can I play a Warband of Goblins led by Durburz plus a Warband led by Sulladan with some Arbalasters? Is that allowed?

Of course. Any evil army can ally with any other evil army, likewise for good. An "army" is one or more warbands...so in theory each of your warbands could be from a different ally. But bow limit is by ally...

Oh I was told that an army on the table had to come out of one sourcebook, so I thought I would only be allowed to play for instance Moria and Angmar together. So is that incorrect then?
