You'll need the books for that stuff. We can't post anything like that here. The point cost is listed in the profile along with the stats of the model.

Which books though? The War of the Ring or Strategy Battle Game? And for which game the army books are printed for?

For example the rulebook says moria goblin warriors are 4 points but is that 4 points for each single unit or what?

And there are only 4 units in that book. Where can I find the whole list for the Isengard units and Moria units?

edit: ah I think I understand now. I thought the sourcebooks were old but discovered they are in fact new. So I will need the rulebook for the rules and the army sourcebooks for unit points etc

you can find the profiles in the lord o the rings source books:
-the free peoples
-the kingdoms of men
-the fallen realms
-mordor (2012)
-moria and angmar

For Isengard the points and units are found in the Fallen Realms book and for Moria in... Moria and Angmar. Yep the OneRing rulebook contains obsolete profiles in most cases. You may also want to download the newest FAQ from GW concerning the two books, since it offers some minor corrections.

And would the rulebook from Mines of Moria set and the army sourcebooks be enough to play or do I need to buy the main rulebook too?

Rule book of mines of moria is good for the main rules ( smaller version of that big book and works fine) and army sourcebooks for the units you will be playing

SBG: individual model control
WotR: for bigger battles, models go in movement trays
