Is it a total point waste for an Isengard army to have Grima while playing against an evil force?

I think he can still be effective depending on the evil force. If you opponent plays a horde army he loses a bit of his effectiveness, but if he plays an elite army then he is still worthy.

Put Grima next to a Ringwraith, cast Sap Will on that Ringwraith, get a 6 and watch him struggle with how many Will points he will use... if he doesn't get a 6 to resist then it will cost him 2 Might to save a Wraith, so in that combo pretty effective.
