I understand that the 6" coverage is measured base to base...so that means as long as a part of the base is within 6" of the ShadowLord's base, it is covered? Even when, say, most of a cavalry model is outside 6", but part it's base is within? Or does the whole base have to be within 6"?

only a part of the base must be within range.

Great. Thanks. Then size of the base doesn't matter? If a corner of the Mumak base in within 6", the whole beastie is covered?

The whole mumak itself is covered, except the Howdah and Haradrim riding in it.

OK. But if any of those Haradrim bases are within 6", they would be covered, right? The base of the Mahud Beastcaller, for example, standing on the front jutting part, is within 6" if Shadowlord is directly in front.

I thought he was about 7" away, but if he is only 6" away then he would be covered, but I don't think many would be.
