I live in Australia, and last year I made a rather large purchase with them. My packages arrived on time, and there were no missing or broken parts, so I would definitely recommend them. They were also much cheaper than my local GW, even more so with the exchange rates of the time. They also have a loyalty sheme, but I don't know how that works.

I think direct order only means that Wayland Games cannot keep the product in stock themselves, so must order it from GW when you make your order. As a result, they don't seem to be able to offer as great a saving on these products. If I am mistaken, please correct me.

I've used Weyland plenty of times, no problems at all. The direct order items are not allowed to be stocked by retailers and he has to order them for you, this is actually more expensive than buting direct as Weyland do not get any discount themselves. He does it as a service for the customer.

I've used Wayland Games without problems (although only once). I ordered Black Reach just before the last GW price rise, it was a very good price and was delivered quickly.

I have also bought from Wayland Games a number of times and had excellent service each time. There is a banner ad at the top of the page and you will be supporting the site by clicking it and purchasing something from them.

I just did the Free Ghoul Sprue deal. When I registered I got an email with a link for confirmation. I clicked the link, and it took me to the homepage. What I want to know is...do I get the free ghouls, is the promo over, or did it load incorrectly? It just that I was expecting some sort of page saying, "Thanks for registering, the Ghoul sprue will be there shortly."
