After purchasing a box of Galadhrim, I didn't receive a dispatch e-mail.

After four e-mails to them, and me ringing their phone number (which doesn't actually exist) I still don't know what's happened.

I've opened a dispute with paypal and they still haven't answered, and it's been a week.

Their website looks convincing but that means nothing these days.

I have used numerous sites for LotR, most recently two linked sites that offer 15-30% off (they do weekend specials sometimes). They are http://www.totalwargamer.co.uk/ and http://www.mythreal.co.uk/, which are two trading names based at the same premises - I cunningly purchased off both of them, getting whatever was cheaper on one site from that supplier and vice-versa (weird, I know, but all goods arrived brand new, well packaged and in quick time). I have also done business with http://gamingfigures.com/ for LotR stuff.
