A new wargame is being developed by broken spirit games. The rulers were derived from lotr sbg. It is very well done and made some changes i wish lotr would adopt (and I may adopt in my house games). They streamlined the character profiles and removed the wound table to name a few things. Check out the quick start rules below and let me know what you think.
