Hello all!

My most recent extended art project (if you can call it that) spawned from seeing The Dark Knight for the fifth time, when all of the Joker's defaced playing cards fall to the ground after *insert what happens here* happened. I thought:

"Those are so cool...I wish I had a deck like that..."

But thought nothing more of it until my friend mentioned the Joker would make an appearence as a minor villain in his roleplaying game. I thought, huh...and started doing this:



to a deck of playing cards.

The idea is to have the whole deck be defaced like this, so I have a ways to go yet.

The cards are also going to be stained with coffee and red juice (blood) and some of them are going to be scorched with a lighter, but that's what I have so far.

This looks like it could be cool, I loved The Dark Knight too but only went to see it 3 times, nothing really compared to your 5 . Great film and the Joker was great, I look forward to seeing how the cards turn out

Meh, if were serious about your art, you'd use real blood. Not necessarily your own of course...
