From the original Witch King on Fellbeast oop box set. However the right leg and claw from the original metal Ringwraith on Fellbeast could be adapted.

keep looking on ebay bud is the best thing i can suggest i wish a parts site existed for lotr or contact GW they might have one in an old box somewhere . . . .

Look on ebay or buy new pack and use it.
Also, you can look on kijiji but im doubting that you'll find anything handy there.

I have successfully managed to build a new one with armature wire and green stuff!
