H: Skaven Army, W: LOTR/ 40k Army Swap

I have a massive skaven army that i got from a friend whose brother passed away, since he doesn't war game and has no interest in looking at these again he shipped em to me. I don't want another fantasy Army so i'm looking for any evil army swap, and any good minus Gondor/Arnor. Retail is close to 500 i believe,

120 Clanrats
1x Plague Wind Mortar
1x Warp fire thrower
1x Warlord/BSB
1x Grey Seer
1x Lord Skrolk
1x Plague Furnace/ Screaming Bell
40x Plague Monks
50x Slaves
11x Rat Ogres
2x Warp Lightning Cannons
7x Plague Censors
30x Giant Rats w/ 7ish Pack MAsters
1x Hell pit Abomination

Also as a side note i am looking for someone to help with some conversions, i would like 30x Rangers of the North mounted on horseback, i could supply the models if someone would be willing to convert them, not paint them. PM to work out a price.

how many points is it? Would you be willing to ship a carrying case for it? There are ways to bridge the gap =D
