Dear fellow members,

nowadays I turned my attention from 28mm to 10mm, because I could make bigger terrain projects, and I did not like some of the new models, and movie characters.

I'd like to make a list (and a guide), that contains all the models that suitable for 10mm gaming and for other projects.

What do you think?

Cheers
Miniman

Well, the first company you want to know of then, is Copplestone Castings:
http://www.copplestonecastings.co.uk/ra ... ?range=FAN
Looks good and familiar, right?! :) I got a few of their packs and they are very nice, but I cannot compare them to other 10mm minis, as I don't have others.

Furthermore, GW used to sell their Warmaster 10mm range, of which a part could be used for LotR.

Pendraken (http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Fantasy-c21/) has some good-looking Fantasy and Dark Age minis, many of which could be used for LotR.

Eureka has some 10mm ranges: http://eurekamin.com.au/scale10mm.php, including a 10mm Elephant and some nice Elves.

There are more manufacturers, and I'm forgetting some, but this is a start at least.

Thanks. That's a good starting point.

I have been toying with the idea of using the Hail Caesar ruleset, with WotR movement bases, for LotR purposes. I have already invested in some 6mm ancients to play HC with. I may get in to this 10mm fantasy malarkey as well at some stage. Frightening how quick and easy to paint they are!

Besides those firms that Fëanor mentioned I originally thought about gathering information about suitable minis that can be used in 10mm too.

For example:

And the Watcher in the Water that GW produced is more likely in 10mm than in 28mm, as ukfreddybear showed us:
