Try just finding a broken/cheap one on Ebay, i found one for $7AUD last month and grabbed it, cut off the head and attached it to one of the monkey twins on horse I actually began to paint him just today!

I'm converting Elrohir on his horse into a mounted armoured Glorfindel. How can I get an armoured head without getting the whole model again? How easy do you think it would be to sculpt if not? |

I've done it. But you'll need a cone tipped shaper for the contours on the helmet |

Unless he looks like a dark circle with a diagonal band through it, the pic doesn't work  (right clicking on it, selecting 'properties' and copying the link does work though, looks good so far and looking forward to seeing him fully painted!). |

Neat and simple conversion. I've seen people do the same with Elrond and Glorfindel. |
