So many models and you like NONE of them? :O Is there anything in particular that you dislike?
Or is it the way Aragorn is depicted in the films as well?
I have no problem with the film depiction of Aragorn.
For me it's really the arm placement when compared to the body's stance with the models I think, the young Dwalin is a great example of this, his pose looks more comical than anything. There are some models that I feel GW absolutely nailed! I love the original Witch-King drawing his sword, I love the Dwarves King's champion because with his heralds and his axes by his side he looks like a beast!
@imladris96- those two probably come closest to me but they're not quite what I am looking for in him.
@ukfreddybear- I just don't feel like any of the poses fit the two criteria I want for him, heroic-leader and like he fits in battle. Almost all of his "in battle" poses have him so off balance or such terrible sword form that he'd be killed in a few seconds lol. And the MoM sculpt I think believes he is a Jedi and he's holding a Light-saber doing that circular cut through a wall/door
@Goldman25- i agree that is probably the best looking sculpt, if they had one like that with his sword drawn i might have just settled for that.
@DMS- I will probably end up having to do just that as I cannot sculpt.
@KingO- Thanks for the link, i seldom actually see other mini-ranges that have anything I like, are they all to scale with the LOTR pieces? Because if so I've found my new favorite wizard piece in the Arston Whitebeard model.
@Harfoot- I have the original fellowship sculpt as well my main complaint is how open his defense looks when you put him in combat on a game board
