Lots of places sell them and they come in many sizes - I have only used them on Flames of War tanks from Battlefront (they come with them) so I am no expert - search on the Werid Wild Web for miniatures magnets or similar - here is one from the UK - http://www.tinyworlds.co.uk/magnets |

Hi I know where to get them but unsure as to which size to buy. As I can see buying really small wont be a strong enough. |

If you get rare earth magnetsd and then imbed one in each side of the arm you should be able to get away with very small ones. I'm sure there's tutorials out there, search for them. |

This may be stating the obvious, but once you've drilled and glued one into the arm, then drilled out the shoulder, insert the second magnet using the arm holding the first magnet as the application tool. I say this because I have seen somebody glue both magnets into place separately, but when they came to put them together, realised that they were the same polarity, making it impossible to attach them as the arm was repelled away! And once they are glued in its near impossible to get them out again without damaging the mini. |
