What a great looking army. Very nicely painted, though the banner seems a bit over the top for me for Dundeling, still very good.

Google Wargames Factory, Warlord Games or Gripping Beast, plenty of cheap 28mm plastic Celts, Saxons and Vikings to choose from.

Gripping beast are pretty good thats where I got the axe heads for my Dunlendings

Dunlendings are the easiest figures to proxy depending on what you want. Wargames Factory Germanic tribes are great as are the Viking sets from Gripping beast (need a bit of grunging but you get 2 chieftans in wolfskins).

I use Corsairs to represent Dunlendings and any other wildmen or mercanaries.
