Hello everyone!
So sorry if such a thread already exists, I did a search, but found nothing.
Well, I have recently painted the old fell beast with quite a good result. I am now called to paint the new-plastic one and I face a "difficulty". The wings are really different to the previous one, and trying to figure out how GW has painted it, I think wings are grey and highlighted with something like bleached bone???

Anyone who has painted can give me some advice please? Here is the photo:

Could be dheneb stone. not too sure though 'cos I haven't seen the paint in real life.

Also those veins look like they've been put in with fortress grey + skull white. Again I'm only speculating

What I did for mine was Codex Gray drybrush, followed by Graveyard Earth and Kommando Khaki. I then did a light drybrush of Bleached Bone over the Veins. For the upper part of the wings and along the skeletal parts, I did a Heavy Wash of Badab Black which IMO gave the model a really nice effect. I could post some pics if you'd like.
