Hi i have problems to paint the morannon orc's armour
i tried vary combinations of colours but i still don't find the right one...
some advice?

I always start with a basecoat of tin bitz drybushed with chainmail and a badab black wash |

Since I first got it, I've used Testor's Gunmetal as the base on all my evil armor except the Nine and Sauron. I find that it better achieves the "beaten lead" look that the Weta crew was going for when making all those costumes. Basecoat of Testor's Gunmetal Drybrush of Boltgun Metal occasionally a touch of something red or brown in places for blood & rust highlights. |

I've done mine a little differently: 1.white undercoat 2.watery mix of chaos black and chainmail 3.chainmail 4.highlight with touches of mithril silver on the most raised areas. |
