Before they were painted I just kept the, all together in a tub. But I'm getting more and more and I dont want to damage them. Some of my best finished models go up on a little thimble display case I got and re-sprayed. But I want something to store the lot in. There is no way I'm going to go out and spend 35 of my hard earned pounds on the games workshop case. What else is useful to keep figures in? |

I know you can get similar things to GW's for cheaper on the internet, but I don't have any links someone else will have to help you with that. You can also try to buy some second hand. I have been able to get two GW carry cases (the 108 figure ones) for about 2/3s price, or maybe a bit less. You could also mak your own. |

Sorry, I should have said before. I dont need 'transport' for them. Just something to store them away safely. I would love to have them all out on a shelf but that would mean picking up each one up and carrying them round the house in handfuls, or i'd just pour them in to a tub, which is what im trying to avoid in the first place. So maybe a carry case. I think i'll end up just using an old , and cutting out the foam myself. |

A very cheap way is to buy box files, available from Tesco or any stationer, and take out the spring holder. And if you did want these boxes for transport as well then hot-glue in some card dividers. |

I store my models in toolboxes, and protect them from damage with pieces of cloth. I make sure that they can't move around when the case is moved too. It works very well in my experience. |

I hate to say it but my figures all are stored in GW cases apart from a few which live in front of my computer screen. I like the look of these guys products though, maybe we should get them to make some trays for LOTR figures: http://www.battlefoam.com/ And this realy takes my fancy: http://battlefoam.com/catalog.php?item= ... egory%3D75 |
