I was checking out a site called mithril.ie and I've been loving their range. I think they would work great with the Games Workshop once, but is 32mm the right scale?

32mm is too big, but i have seen some side by sides, they are no bigger than a gw metal as compared to one of the numenorians

I use them, cavalry is perhaps a bit big. But as long as you base them on flat bases the infantry works just fine! They look big compared with the old plastics like numenor, rohan an Minas Tirith, but so does GW's newer models.
However, once you are in game you won't take notice.
I'll see if I can find some pictures.
