I've been having trouble with fragile lances on the plastic Morgul Knights and have sent an email to GW, but I'm not expecting anything useful back except perhaps"There may have been a problem with the set, buy a new box", so I'm asking here: Is anyone else having this problem, and what can I do?

What sort of problem? Breaking them? Try to take a little better care, but if it is a fault from the box, they usually give you a new one and let you keep the old.

Sounds like it could be a bonus if that works
