I'm looking at making an Eorl the Young led army. He is allowed to ally with any unnamed Gondorians. However, the One Ring RPG has him existing during the same time period as Eorl. Would it be feasible that he could exist as a named allied hero in this army? When did he actually live?

Eorl was a contemporary with Cirion the Steward of Gondor but there are no rules for him at present. You'd have to use an unnamed king of men/gondor to represent him on the field, hence he would be unnamed officially. The Cirion we have a profile for is a GW invention for the Shadow in the East supplement. This Cirion lived around the time of the war of the ring and was a lieutenant of Amon Barad or something like that too.
