For anyone planning on doing a Dale tabletop

Like the first comment that the Lego game of the Hobbit was accurate in its depiction of Dale, another source for when building the model.

Dare we hope that GW will do a terrain set?

This is the scene where Gandalf gallops through the courtyard, yes?

Yes, these ruins are in a lot of the shots in the trailer released so far. Including Bard facing the Elves.

As impressive as it is, this Dale set is much smaller than I anticipated. Considering in the behind-the-scenes online blogs, PJ said the set rivalled Helms Deep and Minas Tirith from the LOTR triliogy, I actually think in comparison this looks much smaller. Didn't they build three levels of the Minas Tirith set and enough diversity in the streets to make it appear to be seven levels, plus the fountain courtyard and Denethor's hall (although I know his hall was separate from the rest of the set).
