Are these two completely different locations in the books meant to be the same place in the film?

Azog, who is described as "a huge Gundabad Orc" is the Commander of Dol Guldur.
His son, Bolg, also a Gundabad Orc was originally given this role, and is still seen in Dol Guldur.
The Gundabad Orc FineCast models we'll be getting from GW are the ones seen marching from Dol Guldur.
The Wargs which were in the films called Gundabad Wargs were seen in Dol Guldur.
The White Warg, matriarch of the Warg pack seemed to be at home in Dol Guldur.
Also, the place in which the Ringwraiths were buried in the films which is supposedly Far North, seems to be close to Dol Guldur considering how fast the bunny sled riding Wizards travel.

That seems a lot of evidence to me, what do you think?

It seemed to me that the Necromancer is rallying Gundabad orcs to his army under Azog (and Bolg) while he regains power. He would have convinced Azog to lead his armies promising the death of the line of Durin.

Bolg seemed to have a greater belief in (and willingness to accept) the Necromancer as his master, given his disposition toward Azog and his chase of Thorin's company.

Mt. Gundabad wouldn't have been too far from Dol Guldur but it had definitely been the place of gathering and concealing an army, not the origin of the northern orcs & wargs, as shown in the Desolation of Smaug.

If PJ differentiates between Sindarin and Silvan Elves, surely he isn't trying to pass off Mt. Gundabad as Dol Guldur.

I too think its still different in the movies, just that Sauron is gathering evil to him much like the Haradrim and Easterlings in the LOTR Trilogy

The Necromancer is gathering an army to him in Dol Guldur. I suspect that Mount Gundabad is the only place where he can find a well trained, equipped and effective army of Orcs. There are none in Mordor, no Uruk-hai in Isengard, no Orcs in the Misty mountains which owe Sauron any allegiance and no fighting orcs anywhere else (I think). So it should make sense that Mt Gundabad is the only place from which Sauron draws his armies.

Not so sure about the Wargs though. According to the GW description of them, they were bred in Dol Guldur.

Look at the maps folks: Mount Gundabad is in the very far north of the Misty Mountains and was a long time stronghold of the orcs. Dol Guldur is in the southwestern part of Mirkwood.
Sauron was rallying forces at Dol Guldur as he wanted to begin the conquest of Middle-earth and one of his priorities was the recovery of the One - he knew it still existed and the last known location was the Gladden Fields, so Dol Guldur was the closest available location that he controlled directly. It also put him closer to Moria, where no doubt he had intentions regarding the future employment of the Balrog.
Gundabad had possibly the greatest concentration of orcs in the north at the time, but not the only forces available as the Ringwraiths had come back to seize Mordor again in 1975 (Third Age). For 1000 years they gnawed away at the strength of Gondor and Rohan - Sauron preferred to play the long game, undermining his opponents gradually so that when the time came, he would face much weakened opposition. He knew the Elves were leaving Middle-earth so their numbers diminished over time too.
So to return to the question - no, Gundabad and Dol Guldur are not supposed to be the same location. Gundabad is where Azog, Bolg and many of their kind come from.
