A pastor friend of mine found this today & wanted to know what it says (and also which language it's in)?
Unfortunately, I never studied the tengwar - or languages - so that I can't do it myself.
Could somebody help me out?

From what I could interpret it's twengar. It says: 'He biktd rule thej ull' ?? Which could be: He biked rule they/them/then ull (?)

One bike to rule them all. And thats just a logical guess based on the previous translations, I don't understand the Evlish languages. |
