I remember watching those as a little kid, they were my first introduction to Tolkien's work. They still hold a soft spot in my heart, especially The Hobbit. Thanks, garmenhord. |

Hmm... I remeber seeing a little bit of these films a few years ago... Made me sick. Ah, well, might give it another chance though. |

The only thing I remember disliking is the Wood Elves, in The Hobbit. Green skin, really? But, other than that I quite liked it. Especially, Bilbo. |

Bilbo isn't. Only the Wood Elves have green skin, if I remember correctly. It's been a long while though... |

Return of the King is one of those movies that get one and five stars simultaneously. I still like to sing with 'like-minded-friends' the good old "Where there's a whip, there's a way" orc march every now and then. -- Pasi |

LOL, Pasi, now you've got those songs stuck in my head! You're right, "Where there's a whip, there's a way", is a classic. |

You're right, "Where there's a whip, there's a way", is a classic. that song is just addicting... i want to have it to play it over and over again :p -- it's just a pity that they use the same animation in it over and over again... but since it's old i can understand it : ) i found the song on the net... in mp3 form but i can't find fifteen birds ... |
