I started using cm when I first started playing but disliked the way GW decided how to round up/down. Changed to the imperial units and haven't looked back since.

Kalatha: I was merely basing it on what a chartered surveyor friend of mine had told me over on CDO Regardless, it wasn't an important point on this scale, but randomly changing inches into twice as many centimetres is stupid. Not to mention, other than banners, most things are in pairs anyway, so you wouldn't get half of a centimetre coming into it often (unless you play dwarves).

I thought it was 2.54 cm.

Not a problem, it seems to happen to us all at one time or another As does making a small mistake of .4cm

Inches all the way for me. I'm too long in the tooth for change. Funny thing though, at work I always use metric and I was taught in metric at school.
