I post a battle report for the Battle Games in Middle Earth #22 "Bridge of Khazad-dum scenario here:

http://www.davetownsend.org/Battles/LotR-20140408/

I hope you'll enjoy it. It was a lot of fun to play, and quite exciting.

Good report! it's definately not an easy thing for the fellowship to win this one. I take it you played by the old rules and not the new ones?

Great report - kudos for giving Aragorn Anduril, it would've been very difficult for good without it!

Yep, old rules. I still haven't bought into the Hobbit stuff yet. Maybe someday.

My experience seems to additional fuel for the "Gandalf is too weak" fire going on in a different thread, though admittedly I rolled poorly for me more often than not, which skews my experience.

Still, it's hard to imagine this scenario developing much like the book.

I enjoyed the report as I to like to use the old rules on occasion! Would love to see the Ambush at Amon Hen with just Legolas and the Hobbits!

Thanks, all. If you liked that report, I've got a few others linked from my home page (http://patriot.net/~townsend/) under the "Battle Reports" column.

Some of the BRs are for non-GW systems; you can ignore them or not as you like, of course.
