This is fictional and not supposed to be accurate
Dark times have fallen upon the Dwarves. Across all holds turmoil and war ravage their land, and their commanders are desperate to hold the forces of evil. In a rocky hillside in the territory of the Blue Mountains, scouts from Moria advance on the grim, worn, and stretched thin patrols. Bad timing for the Dwarves, however, and Saruman has sent an experimental batch of Uruk-Hai to test their success before renovating Isengard. On top of that, Hunter Orcs have spotted their cousins advancing in Dwarf territory and strategize to best capitalize on this moment. The soldiers of Iron Company realize to late their plight and escape is not an option. Hunters rise above them in the back, and the Uruks maraud through the rocks on the left. The Goblins are mounted to the right, ready to pounce. The Dwarves can only wait until the next patrol rotates on their path. They are ready to lay down their lives in defense of their territory, and have no fear facing the monsters besieging them.

Rules:
The commanders of each Evil are neutral towards each other and will not count as allied or enemy, and as such, the commanders are urged to keep their own tactics to themselves. However, if one evil's warrior gets hit by another's arrow, regardless of damage done, those two factions are now enemies.
Good deploys first. They set up in the middle of the map, among the rocks which almost form defensive rocks. Moria deploys on the right, the Uruks on the left, and Hunters on top. They are all perched on small plateaus that are jumpable.
The Moria Orcs are the largest band, more then 100 dispatched. Every time one dies, they are 'respawned' at their plateau. The other two evils and the Dwarves do not have this trait.
10 turns and below:
The Dwarves are slaughtered. The Orcs and Uruks are free to terrorize Dwarven lands. EVIL VICTORY
15-11 turns: Though the Dwarves stave off their forces a little while, all efforts ultimately prove futile and the Dwarf hold is at risk. MINOR EVIL VICTORY
20-16 turns: Iron Company has held them back long enough for the patrol on their path to find the enemy, but another skirmish unfolds and the victor of that is uncertain. TIE
25-21 turns: The Dwarves gave the combined enemy forces a run for their money. The patrol uncovers the final moments of the battle and launch a surprise attack, but sustain losses in the fight. MINOR GOOD VICTORY
30-26 turns: Iron Company has held out the whole time, and the follow-up Dwarf forces arrive and join their brethren on the fields of battle. GOOD VICTORY

What do you guys think?

Yeah but I have an idea. To make it more interesting, I would do something like this....

You can add twice as many bad guys or like, once they die re spawn them(depending on what model count you own)

Do this rule: Bloodlust and Greed-
When any evil forces are within 6" of each other, roll a die. On 1-3 the model moves as normal. On a 4-6 that model must charge and attack any other force within that distance.

Furthermore if at any time a full 25% of one of the evil forces are within 6" of one another they are from then on enemies.

This way, their greed takes over and they forget the dwarves because we know they all are cool with taking each other down for their greed and stuff.

That will make for a fun one and make it tactical.
