Well here is my idea:

Forces:
Choose which player will have a Good and Evil force up to the value of 300pts, both must choose at one Hero that have a similar points value to his opponents (within 10 pts). The rest of the force follows usual 33% bow limit and 50 model limit.

Deployment:
On a 4' by 4' table place the two forces at opposite board edges, no more than 6" on from the edge. Place the two opposing Heroes within 4" of the centre of the board but no closer than 6" to each other.

Objectives:
One Hero must slay the other then retreat to his own lines and survive the enemy assault.

Special Rules:
'To the Death': Both Heroes will first fight a fight to the death, from the first turn only the two opposing Heroes may move, shoot and fight. When one Hero is slain the game returns to normal and the two forces may move, shoot and fight as normal, however the side that lost their Hero will not count as Broken when reduced to half strength.

Victory Conditions:

The game ends when one side is reduced to 25% of its starting models.

Major Victory: The Hero wins the 'Fight to the Death' and then survives the game.
Minor Victory: The Hero wins the 'Fight to the Death' but is slain later in the game.
Draw: The Hero wins the 'Fight to the Death', is slain later in the game and their side is reduced to 25% first.

Note that the team that loses their Hero in the 'Fight to the Death' can't win, but they can drag the other opponent down with them to get a draw, really this is for fun and not a serious scenario.
