Yay! More journeybook scenarios! Are you going to do the campaign?

This is awesome. Please keep posting!

I've also been looking for the rules for these scenarios so thanks for posting these too! Hopefully you'll be able to keep posting the pictures of the rules too!

Thanks!

Keep it going! Are you planning to do them all in order? If so good luck and good job so far!

Thanks all for the encouragement...

Yes we plan to continue the campaign, though are not tracking wear and tear on the heroes, just playing each as a standalone... for now...

I've got all the models painted & terrain made up to scenario 9 - Flight to the Ford - then I need to paint up mounted Arwen/Frodo model and the mounted wraiths... Arwen on painting table now...

After that I need to source some wargs as one scenario needs 18 and I only have 6... make some tentacles for the Watcher scenario (I plan to DIY with putty - wish me luck!), then make the dwarrowdelf...

All so long as 'his-little-lordships' interest is maintained, but he seems rather focused on it for now...

Cheers
Scott

On a related note... some time ago I recall coming across various scenarios covering the similar period - I think Galdalfs cart was one, perhaps there was a one involving Farmer Maggot?
If anyone has any links to such scenarios or could PM them too me, I'd be most grateful.

Of all the myriad servants the dark lord commands, he chooses to send the ones that disappear after 7 turns of actual combat...
Even regular orcs would probably be more threatening.

Nice lateral thinking on the good player's part though. Shame Frodo got hit by a sap will so early. At least Gandalf won't have to deal with that "fool of a took". Maybe you can skip the watcher in the water and balin's tomb scenarios because of it?

Very true! LOL... I guess it makes for a tense and interesting game for both sides!

Great fight. Good noticing of the rules about gandalf's sword and ring!
