Great work, Paul! This is one of the best - if not the best - "make your own scenario" rules sets I've seen. I'm sure this will provide me hours of fun. The objective markers were really wonderful, I got lots of ideas from them for my own ones. -- Pasi |

I'm glad you like it. It isn't a hugely original idea as I admit, but it has worked well in practice, and making OM's is a really fun thing to do! Something I haven't mentioned before is that it had been accepted in principle for White Dwarf back in the autumn of 2004. However, with 2 changes of editor since then and several changes in direction of the magazine I got told last month that they no longer could consider it for publication Still WD's loss is OR's gain eh! |

It's a wonderful article! Don't care about that White Dwarf team... it's a great article, no matter what WD thinks about it... We all have our own opinion about them... and you're absolutely right! WD's loss is OR's gain!!! Well done Osbad, it's wonderfull! I hope you more like these articles for us! |

A tremendous article, and the objective markers are a real treat for the eye. Very well written, and easy to follow throughout. I tried to rate it but got that dratted error message: General Error Couldnt Update rating table DEBUG MODE SQL Error : 1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 INSERT INTO phpbb_kb_votes VALUES('81.129.247.0', '1987', '279') Line : 151 File : kb_rate.php Maybe this will help with resolving the issue. |

Yep, this is one of the best articles on scenario writing I have ever had the pleasure to read, and I simply adore those object markers. I do think the person chained to the rock should have been female and with less clothing, but I'm probably getting PJ's movies mixed up a bit. PS I'll take a look at that error Dorth, and see what's happening - FIXED |

Marvellous article, Osbad, in every respect. I can see a spate of objective markers showing up in galleries over the next few months. I know I immediately want to make some, and I already have a pack of those 60mm flat bases ready to go. I have been trying to get into the game, but the points match seemed too dull, and the scenarios too specific, just the sort of problem you set out to remedy. This is a great solution! I am going to convince someone to play a few of these games with me, as soon as I get those objective markers done.... |

Great! My work here is done! Glad to know it has helped I'll be interested to hear the outcomes of any games anyone plays with these rules, and really look forward to seeing Objective Markers people make! |
