Pre ordered 21/04/2017 the thranduil guy and some other stuff. Now we are the 03/05/2017 and still my order is on pending when i check it. Already send them like 2 mails and still no reply? What can i do more? Thx |

I was in the same boat. No email responses either. But I finally received an automated email today telling me that my order has shipped. Good luck, hopefully yours ships soon too. |

Did you order any other stuff that hadn't been released? It could just be they had a glut of orders and weren't able to keep up. I agree they're normally very good, but I do think they should be more accessible via email too, not just automated messages. |

I cannot say a bad word, too. FW customer service works great, but same as others...the easiest way is to pick up the phone and call them, directly. PS. I have also got yesterday an e-mail that my order with few Thranduils is dispatched, so I believe that there was a small delay with new model availabilty. |
