It is happening everywhere. The OOP books have been gone for a while. GW are winding down production, using up the stock. No point making a huge production run of books when they aren't expecting many new players.

Wow, I've been out of the loop for a while and I didn't know this was happening. I wish I'd gotten more of those books - I snapped up the Mordor one on release day, but I never got around to the others.
