I don't have the book close to hand, but how about a release of figures that could be assembled as Elfhelm's Riders, or Deorwine's riders or whatever else.

Release foot versions as well. Profit.

I think just a couple of regular boxes would suffice. One called "The Marshals' Riders" that is accompanied by a WD article about how to colour the Eoreds of Elfhelm, Erkenbrand, Deorwine, etc and then one called "The Royal Knights of Rohan"

The multi-part boxes are too pricey for me.

Thats sounds good.

Personally I can't wait.
It is my goal to build Helms Deep for display purposes and I already have a mounting army of Elves and Uruks. A new varient on Rohan would be the top of my wish list. In fact it's already there.
Can't wait for the photo's and I pray they aren't as disappointing as the latest releases.

Something a bit offtopic.. but also on topic.

If they release Thyrdan Wolfsbane (excuse me for bad spelling.. I'm at school without my rulebook)

Why does he have the special rule wargbane...
I don't get it.. I suppose he won't fight against Wargs.

He will if you fight a Misty Mountains list.

And for the SBG game - if you fight against any of the lists that include Wild Wargs.

We tend not to let any evil fight any evil.
We like themed battles/armies.

I don't say it can't be possible that Isengaurd fought against Misty Mountains, but it's a weird idea.

Not that weird, if you think about it. I'd put good money on the idea that Saruman's orcs were from the Misty Mountains. What would the Balrog or the Orc Chieftains of the Hithaeglir think of some snotty Wizard luring off their mates? Not a lot.

And these are orcs we are talking about. The "disagreement" probably turned into a nasty, long, bloody war.

It would be great to see an Isengard Scout Command, though it seems pretty unlikely; they're only able to have Captains and Shamans in a normal WOTR company and GW seem to be moving away from the 2-man blisters, but we can still hope...

I really hope they release plastic Dunland Horsemen...they didn't do justice on the warg models imo, and I need some cavalry.
