Now we just need to wait and see if they release the Hobbit Narrative Scenarios before or after the Armies book comes out. Hopefully it's before, otherwise we'll have to wait another 3 months.

I think they'll continue with the monthly updates.

I wish they added Gwaihir and an Eagle and two Nazgul on Fell Beasts in the End of All Things scenario. That was such an iconic moment, it seems so weird (and a shame) to leave that out.

Free PDF's is all well and good, but I do hope we'll see something more substantial for Narrative players in the not too distant future.

I was hoping for larger scenarios for the epic battles. We played the big one back in the day which combined 4 scenarios from The Return of the King journey book.

That was epic indeed, lostpict. I'm glad those picts didn't get lost.

I feel like most of us that are in this for narrative play already have these scenarios in one form or another, so can't get too excited. And the apparent majority that are in this for the tournament scene don't much care about narrative scenarios either.

Still, free is free and I guess if these PDF help get a few more people into MESBG, it's a win for the hobby.

While I appreciate the new narrative scenarios, I wish they wouldn't make them so grand. Do a smaller one of Eomer and some Rohan riders vs a Mumakil for instance.
