it doesnt say im afraid, all it says and i quote "Morder owns the skies of middle earth- the new plastic fell beast arrives."
so i'm thinking it might be just standard ringwraith with a possibility of a conversion pack for the witch king

sounds good!

I reckon they will just have a generic wraith tbh. maybe a head or another body for the witch king. Doubt they will do the others.

A random thought though, they might release more named wraiths as if they were mounted upon a beast, in a separate blister. so for example "The undying (fell beast)" but you will have to buy the plastic FB set to put him on still.

The last few plastic kits have been very customizeable, for example the Ent and the Mordor/Isengard troll. I'm hopeful that we'd get access to many of the fellbeast options not limited to the various named wraiths, the horned fellbeast and the other version (armored? I can't recall).

I like the idea, corsair and brents. I hope gw will do something like this. Because most of the lotr range isnt made to be customised (if you compare it to warhammer). The ent(though not so great), the trolls, and the galadhrim are so, so maybe they did something similair to the nazgul:o just speculating

If GW ever called the galadhrim multipart AND customisable, they had some cheek. yes, more than 2 parts per miniature. But one didn't exactly have the choice of where to glue the limbs, since they were pre determined and you had no choice. The only tiny bit of customisation involved a helmet or no helmet head. But then again, you only had 10 armoured heads per 12 men anyway so you had to use them

However, you might get customisable parts which don't take up alot of plastic. So this might include a 2nd head with armour (witch king style) and a few extra 'talons/claws' for variety. But don't expect lots of sets of wings.

I dont think they will be very customisable....

Probably more like the balrog or the Galdhrim!

Just a few choices to pick!

I don't know the situation in the UK, but prices in the US have skyrocketed. The box sets and blisters have almost doubled in price. Even if the plastic fell beast is cheaper it'll cost a bundle here.

I'm not really sure which boxes you're refering to, Duinhir. The only models which are quite a bit more expensive are the Galadhrim. Even with the price rise last summer, most boxes only had there price increased by a little more then $2, and most blisters have stayed the same.

If GW do this right, then the conversion possibilities will open up - who wants 9 fellbeasts all in the same pose? No! - Not me! :x

completely agree. They have to have enough extra claws and arms etc to make us want more than one.

At least the ents in THAT respect were wantable if you liked them, you would be tempted by MORE than 1.

I was on the sight a couple days ago, and the price for a box set of warriors was $44, a set of commanders was $41, the rule books were $96 each, box sets of cavalry were $56 a piece, and heroes were up in the $40s. Now I see they are all back down. Can anyone explain why this happened, and did anyone see the same thing? :?

You mayhave clicked on the Australia site by accident, the prices match up fairly closely. :)

Looking forward to the plastic fell beast. 8)
